    How to create pages
    dedicated to
    your opening
    or showing

If you have showings or events that are "non virtual" in nature, that is to say that are taking place in a precise arena, and do not represent a permanent showing, the Agenda is the section where you may present this happening.

    • An entire page is dedicated to each one of your showings.
    • This page is indexed under the section current showings or in the u archives section if it has already taken place. (It is preferable to keep your past showings on-line in order to reinforce and retrace all of your showings.)

You can post as many announcements as you like. In order to present to the public accurate and pertinent information about your showing and events, each announcement must contain the following:

    • A Title for the showing with a short Description.
    • Precise Dates for the event.
    • The exacte Street Address so that people may attend.
    • A Telephone number for questions or more information.
    • A Photo of either the place or the artworks involved with this event. (only images in .jpg format are accepted)

If desired, you may add an email contact and a direct link to another Internet site concerning this showing or other artists that may be present at the event.

If you have put up a gallery on La-Passerelle.net, a link to your gallery will automatically be desplayed on the pages dedicated to your showings. Your first name and last name as indicated with your general inscription information will also be automatically included on your announcement page and in the Agenda index.

As with all the sections of La-Passerelle.net, each showing must be validated by a moderator before it will be included and linked into the site. The validation process happens will occur within 24 hours of your posting.
